Who do my patients call if they have billing questions?
Patients are given a toll free number to call Professional Practice Resources with concerns about their bill. Your staff is freed from this time consuming responsibility.
Who decides when to forward accounts to a collection agency?
Professional Practice Resources can automate this process, based on your parameters, or obtain approval for each individual account.
Who receives payments and prepares the deposits?
Payments are received either by the practice’s chosen bank or received in the office and information is forwarded to PPR for posting.
Can you provide remote access to our accounts?
Practices may choose to have remote access to the PPR system. Capabilities include scheduling, patient and insurance tracking, reporting, and our electronic charge capture.
