Kathy Cramer, CHBME, CPC – President
In 1988 Kathy Cramer combined her experience as a manager and a financial administrator for a large, multi-discipline clinic to found Professional Practice Resources, Inc. (PPR). Kathy is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of PPR’s staff and client services teams. As PPR’s President, Kathy Cramer provides the vision for the company’s development of integrated billing solutions that add value to the health care organizations they serve.
Certified Professional Coders
All of the coders employed by PPR are credentialed by the American Association of Professional Coders (AAPC).
Insurance Specialists
All billers employed by PPR are continuously educated by industry experts from Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), Healthcare Business Management Association (HBMA), American Medical Billers Association (AMBA), and other relevant professional organizations. PPR also provides internal training such as Current Procedural Terminology (CPT) updates, International Classification of Diseases 10 (ICD-10) updates, compliance training, and Health Insurance Portability and Accountability (HIPAA) training.
The balance of our staff is trained in all facets of medical billing to ensure that claims, payments and adjustments are produced accurately and followed up in a timely manner.
